Takot Ka ba Sa Dentista? Ako Gusto ko ....

   Gusto ko ,kase di naman bubunutan eh..yoko den nun.ah..so para iwasan yung nakakatakot na bunutan ng ngipin..dapat lage tayo maalaga sa ngipin.. so make it a habit to have dental checkup..regularly

      Pero matawa na kayo ako gusto ko nakahiga dun .. Ewan nakakarelax eh  malinis ang clinic pa,may sounds feeling mo nasa spa....,nganga ka lang naman ,tapos mumog,my tubig na hose na ipapasok may ewan na kung anong tumutunog na parang nilinis lahat ng gilid sulok ng ngipin mo...i like that inaantok ako..patawa ba ko?..para kong nasa cloud ..ayiie..

   Lalo na kung kukulkulin nila yun mga matitigas na halos d na matanggal sa pagsisipilyo.tinatawag na PLACK..  gustong gusto ko yung kinukudkod nila ...di naman masakit natutuwa ko kase malinis silang maglinis ng ngipin dito..

kaso depende sa ngipin mo o kung maraming tao ,di lahat maasikaso..pababalikin ka ng 2 o 3 to 4 times..cleaning lang ng teeth yan..okay lang nageenjoy ako..after noon fresh na fresh ang mouth ko..i do it if posibble 3 or 5 months ..pag di maasikaso 6 months..pero sa palagay ko ma  maganda regualr every 2 or 3 months to protect tooth decay and bad breath na ren,..

so you can smile with confident..

    At isa pa para mapa chek lage kung okay yung gums naten ..at pag na xray makkita kung okay yung root ng tooth naten...mahirap na pag ang ngipin mo ang umatake sa yo...aray ko dito, aray ko dun....kakahiya den kung may sira ang ngipin nyo,nagbbigay lansa ito sa ating panlasa at di kaaya ayang amoy..at kahit minsan  ang pagsisipilyo ay hindi ren sapat .kaya pansen nyo minsan bakit may amoy pa  ang hininga...di po ba? as i mentioned ,mga naninigas na plack po yan na di kaya maalis ng sipilyo lamang..or gum desease or cavities....minsan ang bad breath nag mumula den sa loob ng katawan kung tayo ay may sakit..

   May iba naman nagsasabi kahit wala kang cavities...pag palakain ka ng mga spices like garlic chile or onion...amoy daw talga yun...lalo na yung mga palakain ng curry rice make sure ,my mga breath care kayo like parseley ,peppermint ...sa japan ang daming breath care.
 
  Tulad ng rose bulgarian oil ..made in capsule ay naku,..princess breath talaga ..medyo mahal lang,nasa 2000  yen so sa pesos more than 1 k na...pero matagalan na gamit na yan..lalo my kausap kayo o my date ng ehem...

  Basta masasabi ko lang para di tayo mailang sa breath naten ..panatiliin ang 3x a day na pagsisipilyo...mouth wash.,teeth flossing,tounge cleaning..at marami pang iba..and eat more veg an fruits..like citrus fruits..nakalinis yan ng saliva....alam nyo ba ang karne o animal meat ay isa sa nakakabaho ng hininga...more information next blog ko na lang..

  When i was in higschool lage ko ito nakikita sa eksena sa pelikula na ginagawa ng artista..sabi ko bakit nagyeyelo yun sa mukha eh ang lamig lamig kaya..at ng aking malaman , nakakabawas daw ng wrinkle o pamamaga ng mukha..at lalo daw sa mga puyat o pagod na mukha..Si Eddie Rodrigues yung nakikita ko na gumagawa nito sa isang eksena nya sa movie..natatawa nga ko kase bakit yung boys pa ang conscious .    

.And because of my curiosity i tried it to myself  ay naku ha,kaloka masarap sya sa mukha ,and your skin became soft and smooth, feel ko ba presko yung face ko .
  Kung iisipin nyo ang mga namamaga na mukha o yung nabugbog..di ba ginagamitan ng yelo para umimpis yung pamamaga...and if we are getting older our skin start sagging and skin dries at kung ano ano pang skin face problem..siguro it is good idea for skin care routine..at.mura pa di ba!

If facial steamer is to open  the pores of our skin so that means" ice  facial "close the pores of our skin.?

     madali lang naman ilagay at tanggalin..yung ngalang medyo bibili pa kayo ng cocoa , i think coffee can be nice either ..di ko pa natry.and .i have seen this one that sugar is nice design sa nail art..

     Yeah ,I`ts one of  the most famous fashion nowadays,because its easy to carry and easy to do..With so many different types of nail art design to choose from,..Apart from ready to choose design ,the option is endless.at really exciting ang mag kulay ng kuko..

 If you have look closely at certain design of nail art , You will probably noticed many interesting types and details...- shiny bright colors and mix rainbow like candies or ice cream, perhaps something glittery, maybe an unusual texture.But Skilled nail artist are more expert because they give life to nail, and they do used a  variety of materials,

In my case i like more intriguing or wild or maybe something unique..,but some woman may choose something very simple,well,if you are simple or shy person,you may shy away from this outgoing form of nail art..and i believe that the way you design your nail show up  what you're real personality.....but mostly conservative person don't wear intriguing colors in their nail..maybe they're not comportable or maybe  they don't like people staring at them..but for me i like others looking at my nails hahaha..though I'm not good in nail art design..

Well,this time i have tried to design my own nail,which i have never been done before.. Usually skilled person doing it for me...if i visit a beauty parlor  ,but since I'm here in Tokyo,its not so common here to have nail manicure....and if you found a shop of nail art designer here..you will expect to pay more money ..so,in that case it would be more better to do it yourself .i have tried this once,my both hands are 12,000 yen which is more than 5thousand pesos in our country,and it depends on the design huh...

let me show some craziest design i did in my nails..i think they're funny .yeah,..or maybe i can call them "THE WORST NAIL ART" I` ve ever done" EVER....lol
